If you're not happy with your order for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for 110% of your money back. That means we'll refund you the price you paid plus an extra 10% for your troubles!
10 Year Warranty
Our Medal Displays are the only ones on the market which come with a 10 year warranty. This means if it breaks from regular use within the next 10 years we'll give you a full refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be considered to have been used for the intended purpose.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and still in original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an order over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
